From January 1st 2006 all of our prices include GST. For overseas customers who do not have to pay GST, the GST allowance included in your price will be used to offset some of the additional cost of postage.

Ordering
Secure, automated online ordering is available for our products. Just select from the "Online Shop"  menu on the left hand side of the page.

You can pay for your products by credit card, PayPal, direct deposit, cheque or money order. To protect your personal details when paying online, we process our credit card payments through PayPal's secure server, and you do not have to be a PayPal member to use this facility. PayPal uses the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create a safe, global, real-time payment solution. Payment details are available in the online shop.

Once registered you can keep a track of your orders through our shopping cart facility.

Shipping
Orders within Australia, and under 500g,  will incur a postage fee of $7.15 incl  GST and will be sent by Express Post, except for local orders which will be sent by regular post. Orders over 500g and under 3kg will be charged $11 postage incl GST. When finalising your order, the postage will be added to the total. You can also obtain an estimate of postal costs before committing yourself to your order.

As our products are made to order there may be a delay in filling your order. However, we aim to send out orders for Elicina within 24 hours of receiving your request.

International customers will only be charged  a little extra  when their items are sent by post.  The GST that is included in the price of products, and does not have to paid by international customers, will be used to offset some of the extra postage. However we do reserve the right to add extra postage and handling costs if the order is exceptionally large or heavy. If this happens, we will contact you before proceeding with your order. Courier delivery can be arranged if requested.

We want you to be happy with our products. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the Annabelles Natural products that you receive, please email us within 14 days of receiving them and we will arrange for you to return the products. We will then refund the cost of the products minus any postage costs that we have incurred in the transactions.

Please note that this only applies to the products made by Annabelles Natural. We cannot offer this refund for Elicina® or Seabuckthorn oils.

To make sure that our customers get the maximum benefits, we make each product as it is ordered. We then package them in the most suitable medium for their use and the requirements of their precious ingredients. If our products are stored in a cool dark place and used in the way and at the frequency recommended in the directions, then we guarantee that they will stay fresh and usable until totally consumed.

If you have followed the instructions but your product becomes rancid before the 'use by' date, we will gladly provide you with a replacement. Simply email us with the details and we will make the necessary arrangements.
